Road Trip to BMW Clubs Australia Nationals in Canberra plus the 4 day Nationals Event in Canberra

DAY 1 Tuesday March 8, 2022
Meeting at the BP Aratula at 10am for a scheduled departure at 10.30am as we head for Stanthorpe. Where we'll stop for lunch in town at a designated Cafe. After lunch we'll make our way back out to the New England Hway.
From there, head into Armidale and make your way to the Rydges Motel 31 Marsh St, Armidale (the only 4.5 * Motel in Armidale) where we will be bunking down for the first night. We have been able to obtain a room rate of $189 for the night. With Breakfast costing just $14 pp
DAY 2 Wednesday March 9, 2022
Leave Armidale at 9.30am and head for Tamworth. (maybe stopping at the lookout on the Moonbi Hill). From there, head to Tamworth then follow the New England Hway south looking for the turn off to Werris Creek.
After Werris Creek head west to the Black Stump Way. Turn left towards Coolah. Planning to stop in Coolah for lunch at the Coolah Bakery. After lunch follow the road south towards Mudgee. Then at Ilford, turn right to go over the Sofala Hill towards Bathurst. Bunking down at the Rydges Motel on Conrod Straight where we spend a night at $159 per room. Breakfast next morning at $20 pp.
DAY 3 Thursday March 10, 2022
Next day, after checking out we will plan to visit The National Motor Racing Museum, before departing Bathurst and heading towards Blayney, Crookwell and Gunning. Then we find ourselves in Canberra and make our way to our chosen Accommodation, The Mercure Resort . Where you will need to book in for 4 nights from March 10 to March 14
The BMW Clubs Australia Nationals will commence on Friday March 11 at Canberra BMW for the Meet n Greet function at 7pm.
After the conclusion of the Nationals, you can make your own way home to Brisbane/Gold Coast depending on what time you have available. There is NO set convoy being organised to go home.
