Challenge Bathurst Regularity 2023

  • 25 Nov 2023
  • 26 Nov 2023
  • Bathurst

  • You must be a BMWCQ member to register

Challenge Bathurst is an invitation only regularity event and we are very lucky to be invited to join in again for 2023.  This is a fantastic opportunity to tick off one of your bucket list items and drive on one of the best circuits in the world.  You only need a level 2 or above Motorsport Australia licence, you don't need to have a fully prepared race car, any vehicle that you use at a normal sprint day will be eligible as long as it is a BMW and passes scrutineering.

  • We have been offered 55 spots, all with a garage, at a cost of $1,800 per entrant.
  • Your spot will only be secured once full payment has been received.
  • All paperwork will need to be returned completed too.
  • We will have 9 pit lane garages for all competing.

Once we have made the full payment to Challenge Bathurst, all refunds and cancellations are subject to Challenge Bathurst's cancellation policy.  BMW DCM will only be able to provide a refund if Challenge Bathurst will refund us, which they may not do. We are merely facilitating the booking.

This year we are confirmed that our group will be running on Saturday 25 November and Sunday 26 November.

We will also need to supply 10 flag marshals to help on the Thursday and Friday.

We need your help, so please ask your fellow club members to come along and help out.  Now that we have changed the competition date to the Sat/Sun, maybe some of the drivers can help out and arrive early.  Please remember without volunteers you cannot have fun on the track so this is your way of giving back.  All volunteers will be offered free camping or accommodation at the Uni.

Team merchandise will also be available to order through this link.

There will be no stock at the track, orders will be all done via pre ordering.

What is a Regularity ?

It is a timed competition event, where you nominate a lap time which you need to try and match each lap.  This is not racing door to door, but allows you to drive at a pace that is comfortable for you and your car.

  • This is available to all current members of all invited BMW Affiliated clubs.
  • Not a BMW Club member? Easy, join HERE.
  • You will need to find your own accommodation and transportation to get there.
  • Full payment will be required on registration.
  • Full details will be sent out on the running of the event in July with further paperwork.
  • All paperwork needs to be completed or you will be deemed as not entered and miss your spot.

We will need volunteers to help run the team, please register for the Volunteer Only registration.

Please review the short YouTube video here, which may help you with your booking.

We will send all the necessary paper work out as soon as we receive them.
