BMWCQ will be attending the BMW Clubs Australia Nationals from Thursday 24th April - Sunday 27th April @ WestWaters Hotel, Caroline Springs VIC 3023. Your Committee would like to invite you to join us for this special event!

REGISTRATION TIPS!
START HERE
Decide which events you wish to attend. Go to this link bmwclubnationals.com.au/events/ and browse the various events on offer BUT DO NOT REGISTER YET.
PACKAGE DEAL NOTES
- The package deal is recommended if you are attending more than two Nationals events, as you will save more than the package deal price and you will also receive an exclusive welcome pack valued at over $70. There are no details, at this stage, on the Welcome Pack contents.
- If you take the package deal as a couple, you will share the Welcome Pack. If you both want a Welcome Pack, then you will need to register individually @ $35 each.
- To register as a couple, the primary registrant completes their details, then adds a guest (partner) and completes the guest’s details. $35 + $10 for guest = $45 for a couple.
- Select all the events that you wish to attend as you go through the registration process.
- The package discount prices will automatically be applied EXCEPT FOR the:
- Super Sprint;
- Parade Laps;
- Show and Shine; and
- Display
- Use your preferred method to pay.
- Your registration confirmation email will list all the events you selected and will also give you a registration code.
FINAL STEPS
- Log in to the Nationals website using the password that was sent to you after you completed registration.
- Update your profile (address, contact phone etc.) if required.
- Now register for each of your selection(s) from the following:
- Super Sprint;
- Parade Laps;
- Show and Shine; and
- Display
- Use your Registration Discount Code (see above) to access the Package Deal entry price and register for each one of those events you wish to attend. Each event requires a separate registration to add in certain details (vehicle, passengers etc.) and separate payment.

This will be a fantastic Club trip down with plenty of laughs, interesting stops along the way, pre-booked accommodation & meals and great driving roads! The previous trip to Canberra was amazing and this one will be even bigger & better!

DAY 1 Monday April 21, 2025
- 8:00am: Depart BP Yatala service centre; arrive from 7:30am
- Stop at Coffs Harbour - The Big Banana, or Greenhouse tavern for Lunch
- Overnight accommodation at Club Old Bar Motel - Club Old Bar Motel $199 per room
DAY 2 Tuesday April 22, 2025
- 8:00am: Depart Old Bar to Stanwell Tops via Grand Pacific Drive
- Toilet break at Caltex Twin Service Stations M1, Warnervale NSW 2259
- Lunch at Flying High Cafe - Lot 245 Otford Road, Stanwell Tops NSW 2508
- We continue on to Coalcliff, Clifton, Scarborough, Bulli, Kiama and then onto Ulladulla for the evening
- Overnight accommodation at Allure On Ocean Motel $230 per room
DAY 3 Wednesday April 23, 2025
- 8:00am: Depart Ulladulla to Narooma for lunch
- Then onto Lakes Entrance for the evening
- Overnight accommodation at Coastal Waters Motor Inn $225 per room
DAY 4 Thursday April 24, 2025
- 8:30am: Depart Lakes Entrance to Caroline Springs
- Check into Mercure Hotel Melbourne Caroline Springs
- Event registration at hotel
- Meet and Greet at Melbourne BMW, cocktail style event, guest speakers and special cars on display
DAY 5 Friday April 25, 2025
- ANZAC DAY Dawn Service by the lake - 5-minute walk, then RSL Gunfire Breakfast at the resort
- Short guided drive to have you back early to clean your car ready for the Show and Shine on Saturday
- Longer guided drive including lunch and late afternoon return
- 70's themed Dinner and Trivia Night in celebration of the 3 series at WestWaters
- or BMWCQ external Dinner
DAY 6 Saturday April 26, 2025
- Super Sprints at the iconic Calder Park, National Circuit
- Safety car led laps of Calder Park full circuit
- Show and Shine also at Calder Park and displays celebrating 50 years of the 3 Series and 50 years of BMWMCCV
- Formal presentation Dinner at WestWaters
DAY 7 Sunday April 27, 2025
- Farewell brunch at WestWaters, before we head home
- Organised scenic drives back to Northern and Western borders, not just along the major highways
